Overall was pretty good and of course there are hit and misses but for the this price, I think it is quite a good price for the buffet spread.
Recommended by The Ranting Panda. The Japanese Dashi Noodle was a nice light ramen. The dashi broth was light and refreshing, yet savoury and slightly porky and oily with hints of citrus. Both the pork and duck cha shu were flavourful, with the pork carrying some smokiness from being torched. The noodles were springy with bite. Nice comforting bowl.
The Place Hailing from Kobe, Japan, a visit to Enishi Singapore at International Plaza is a must if you love a good bowl of ramen – just avoid weekday lunch hours when the restaurant can be very bu…
How exactly was it different you might wonder? Different enough that I regretted ordering the 'special' bowl for the extra ingredients.
Tried the fruit juice curry because I've never had it before. It's a bowl of udon with fruits and tofu. I liked the broth for the fruity spicy flavours which reminded me of the assam/tamarind in Penang laksa.
All the noodles were below the rim so the protruding pile were mostly bean sprouts if anyone was wondering.
The salmon was nicely moist with a hint of turmeric. The pork sausage makes a good pair with beer. Roast chicken was a tad dry and the lamb was good. Mint sauce was pretty sweet!
For the price offer, I thought it was quite a good deal considering there are free flow variety of meat options. And do order their Durian King Cream Puff for dessert.

Got the white with an extra shot. That makes three espressos. Coffee's a little acidic.
