Recommended by The Ranting Panda. The Japanese Dashi Noodle was a nice light ramen. The dashi broth was light and refreshing, yet savoury and slightly porky and oily with hints of citrus. Both the pork and duck cha shu were flavourful, with the pork carrying some smokiness from being torched. The noodles were springy with bite. Nice comforting bowl.

How exactly was it different you might wonder? Different enough that I regretted ordering the 'special' bowl for the extra ingredients.
Their charshu was super soft and nicely charred with that burnt aroma and smoked duck was very agreeable.
Prices here are noticeably higher than the ones on the market, but the quality is justifiable.
A place that Ramen enthusiasts should add on to the list for both the food and the experience, and a place that we would certainly revisit again when the craving strikes; certainly a place to look out for.
The Shimada Seimen folks have finally opened a dedicated ramen venue, this time naming it after their original Michelin-garnered shop Enishi (10 Anson Road #02-85A).
The egg and ham were a bit sweet, but I was happy nonetheless.
