This pork slider is the best I’ve ever tried so far in Kuala Lumpur. The pork slider is made of in-house made very fluffy and airy brioche buns, savoury minced pork, manchego cheese, red pepper and caramelised onions. The combination of the flavours of the ingredients put in this pork slider is just amazing. It’s a great tapas for sharing with family and friends.
