The noodles were soft and springy and in a lardy, savoury and strong sauce. The ingredient were fresh and tasty. Not bad.

We enjoyed our mee kia and mee pok at Ah Lim Jalan Tua Kong Mee Pok though we thought the noodles we had back then in Jalan Tua Kong tasted better – perhaps that was just sentimentality for the past.
