Located in a Joo Chiat coffee shop, Joo Chiat Place Fried Kway Teow sells one of the best char kway teow with strong wok hei!
Good wok hei, wet, soft and mushy, with the egg mixed in thoroughly, producing a balanced symphony of eggy, dark sauce sweet and light soy sauce savoury, and cockle-briny flavours.
