“Yomoda” comes from a Matsuyama dialect from Ehime Prefecture. It means “carefree” or “easy-going,” used on people who are optimistic and have a sense of humor. Here, the word means the camaraderie of warmth and joy.
As for the tempura, there were mushroom, red capsicum, pumpkin, long beans, chicken, braised pork and small prawn. Best one was the pork. Delicious!
