I am told that the interior and menu is the same as their restaurant in Hong Kong.
Expectations are high given the Michelin accolade of Qi.
At the end of the meal, my dining companions and I were saying how our stomachs were most probably as hot as the pits of hell.
Overall we had an enjoyable lunch at Qi – House Of Sichuan Singapore. The dishes we had that day were humble dishes with no exotic ingredients.
Compared to Shisen Hanten, a Sichuan restaurant which also received a star in Japan and Singapore, Qi isn’t as refined or as subtle.
