That's my dry style Braised Oxtail Noodles (ramen). The soup that accompanied the meal was SALTY. And that's it. Salty with no other flavor profile. So I just fished out the coriander leaves and transferred them to the noodles.
The soup is thick and robust tasting, I could detect aromatic spices. There were tender chunks of beef, a tendon or two, one or two pieces of tripe, one beef ball and carrots. I took just one bite of the beef ball and left the rest. As a general rule, I avoid any kind of processed meatballs as they contain mainly flour/starch. I found the soup a tad salty, I suppose it would be all right if eaten with noodles or rice. Tastewise, I would say I liked it. It is not bad at all.
