Stir-fried yellow noodles with clams is simplistic. Done with a pleasantly sweet taste of clams and mild zingy ginger kick, the noodle is served with accompanying spicy sambal.
There are many other selections recommended by the crew, namely kappa, sotong and etc but we had a Butter Mantis Prawn (RM 12) instead. The creamy and sleekness were well balanced, giving a rich taste if you take the sauce to complement the white rice.
The 3-flavored Black Pomfret did not impress us from the appearance but it was in fact, skillfully cooked. The flesh was moist and soft while the outer parts of the fish were deep fried to a crisp... slathered with a sweet-savory sauce. It can be dangerously addictive to munch on the crisp sides of the fish or to enjoy the meaty-bite with Rice
