Ginger (PARKROYAL on Beach Road)~ They offer a good variety of Chinese, Malay, Indian and Peranakan dishes including 3 three signature dishes: Crustacean Hotpot, Salt-Baked Whole Seasonal Fish, and Chilli Crab. There were some hits and misses.
My favourites are The Crustacean Hotpot (A flavourful seafood broth), Prawn Noodles, Light Atlantic Cod Fish Congee and Aromatic Lemongrass Ice Cream.
When dining at the restaurant, you must make room for its GINGER’s Lemon Grass Ginger Ice-cream laced with Palm Sugar including its Snow Flakes Ice-Kachang!
