I definitely come back for the food and the ambience here with a bunch of friends.
A must-try, the Tostaditas de Res ($16) was a quartet of bite-sized crisp miniature tacos stacked high with juicy cubes of grilled Australian sirloin.
32 reviews of Lucha Loco "Very easy to understand why this remains one of the most popular hipster mexican joints in SG. Great food complimented by an even better listing of drinks in an casual but hip atmosphere makes this a easy choice for dates…
L'Entrecote is definitely a place for affordable steak and fries.
19 reviews of L'entrecote Bistro "We went to Duxton Hill wanting to go to Prawn Star which seems closed now, and ended up here. It is a nice 'French style' bistro type restaurant that serves French fare like cold cut and cheese platters, steak…
We would still want to visit L’Entrecôte, not so much for the steak but to try the starters and desserts as they look like the more interesting items to eat here.
The ambience is casual and probably an ideal place to hang out with friends to share the calories.
Xiao Ya Tou, or better known as XYT, is a modern Asian restaurant bar on Duxton Hill that serves up a plethora of playful and somewhat cheeky food and drink offerings—all of which find their inspirations stemming from cuisines from all across Southeast Asia.
Xiao Ya Tou seems like an unlikely location for the tea lover. But you cannot beat their coffee and food either.
It was an enjoyable lunch as the food at Rhubarb was of a high quality. We thought that the service and the premises were fine but not at the level of the food. But at $45 for the set lunch, we cannot complain. This is good a value for money lunch.
This is was a wonderful evening of high end foodie delights and highly recommended.
Service was efficient and faultless, there is nothing to fault about Rhubarb Le Restaurant really. Perhaps the food came across as being rather safe and predictable, when our palates were hoping to be surprised.
There was a laksa soufflé. It's not bad. The soufflé itself had gotten the flavours delicately.
Souffle is an interesting concept, at least in Singapore’s dining context.
Soufflé Duxton Hill is an attractive bistro with a good range of soufflé dishes.
If you enjoy outdoor dinning and Italian food, Latteria Mozzarella Bar is the place I would recommend.
Tried their laksa pizza. The rempah was a little weak.
BTM is a cosy and intimate space that serves up well sought after seasonal mussels sourced from France and across Continental Europe, cooked with original recipes created by Olivier himself.
all in all a very enjoyable evening by the effort of daughter SL.
5pax tapas dinner came to S$261nett. we were happy with the service which was very good & efficient & also my daughter broke a wine glass, so i gave a big tip.
Overall, we had mixed feelings about the food at Sabio Tapas Bar but the prices are reasonable and the atmosphere was casual and laid back. It is a good place to meet up for happy hour or just to have drinks and some food to go with them.
Superb food and perfect service–what more can anyone ask for?
The prices of the dishes at Xin Divine are relatively steep due to its exquisite presentation and more refined cooking techniques.

Tried their masala coffee. Their masala mix had a fiery kick. Nice but there were a couple of things that bothered me.
This plate of kuey teow would have benefitted much from more dark soy sauce for their flavour and more through caramelization.

Nice. The rendang was nutty and lemak
Traditional or newfangled, there’s something in Maxwell Food Centre to tickle your food fancy. With its sprawling aisles and numerous stalls, there’s something for any kind of diet.
Homestyle Braised Pork Belly S$58.00++ Our favourite dish of the night is this claypot goodness that brims with tea tree mushroom, mushroom garlic rice and unctuous pork belly.
Service at Birds Of A Feather befits a fine dining establishment (though it's not).
Birds Of A Feather is no run-of-the-mill Sichuan restaurant. The loud and boisterous Sichaun flavours we know have taken an ettique lesson and we love it.
Oh well… food and services are good and we will surely be back next time.
The must-order for dessert would be the chendol. Loved the amount of gula melaka on this and the ratio of the coconut milk.
All in all, I can see the effort put into this plate of nasi lemak but I can get a good plate of nasi lemak elsewhere with all the ingredients, maybe add-ons and the price is still less than this.
All in all, I like the novelty of this joint, as it’s really quite different from the neighbors, and the menu concept paired with mixologist concoctions, makes this a nice place for revisits at different times of the day.
Kafe Utu managed to live up to my low expectations, seeing how this is the first African cafe I've seen in my whole life here and they managed to hit home with the ambiance, dish curation and service.
I foresee this space to survive Singapore’s competitive culinary scene in years to come, as it provides both great food and good vibes.
The service at Lime Restaurant was delightful.
Considering the spread of food, bottomless coffee and tea, and the classy ambience, the price is immensely worth paying for.
Food at Lime Restaurant is varied, and the ala-carte buffet includes Western influences from American, British, French, and Italian cuisines, as well as Asian influences from Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Thai, Malaysian, and Singaporean cuisines.
Restaurant JAG is not your typical French restaurant and its uniqueness is certainly what earned it its Michelin star.
Overall, the experience was very refreshing, with notable divergences from the usual fine dining experiences in Singapore.
The One-Michelin starred restaurant at Duxton Road Restaurant JAG spots a new Autumn Menu, and it extends the herb driven cuisine by Chef Jeremy.
