Bedrock Bar & Grill Restaurant review 2022 is a swift dive into our dining experience this day of dry-aged, slow-ccoked incredible offerings & platings
Bone Marrow Tartare - This dish is an indulgent combination of good quality beef and the rich bone marrow flavour.
While their standards had attained a good score on my scorecards, I will very much like to make a return not only for their Char Chan Tang but also their bakery.
I love the Somerset area along Orchard Road as it’s not as crowded as the main Orchard area and I can find plenty of good stores like Don Do...
The noodles were also qq yet soft, accompanied by a very flavourful sauce. The carrot cake had nice textural contrast of softness against crunchiness, was fragrant from the large radish bits, and smoky from the sausage bits. 8/10.
Bedrock launches a selection of gourmet burgers for the very first time with a pop-up concept – BR by Bedrock at Oriole Coffee + Bar.
The dining companion got the Sweet Sauce Pork Ribs. The ribs were tender and glaze was done just right, not too sickly sweet or overwhelming. Usually, you might get sick of the rich food towards the end of the meal, but this was enjoyable right to the very end. I enjoyed the taste of the sweet potato fries too even though they were served at room temperature.
While I'll give credit to the other ingredients like the melted cheese, sautéed mushrooms and caramelized onions that made the burger, I was mostly impressed by how much the patty resembled meat.
Glyph Supply Cafe review 111 Somerset Orchard Road Singapore with pictures of coffee, cafe and menu ...
This minimalist cafe is definitely a gem tucked away in the heart of Orchard road.
Makes sense since space is a premium here in the centre of town and the seating is still limited.
It was delicious. I loved everything on that plate, be it the tender coconut chicken or the firm tofu in the sambal goreng, or the fresh bean sprouts in the urap, as well as the eggplant balado. It was spicy, rich, and refreshing too. I just realized that HJH Maimunah also serves this; I really should make my way there to try theirs.

The mix of Western dishes like pasta, burgers and local favourites provide a link to the past. It was easy to decide what to eat at Han’s Cafe.
Verandah @ Rael’s review - New Peranakan Restaurant at 111 Somerset Singapore
Overall, we would certainly order Imperial Treasure Steamboat Takeaway Bento Sets again if we are in the Somerset / Orchard area. The only thing we would do differently is to avoid the one with the fish.
I'm not entirely sure if I understood the background behind this Indonesian place (111 Somerset Road #01-08). It's a rather nicely decorated place with signage that talks up the work that it does with Unicef, but I'm not sure how that translates over to the food.

This food stall is a one-man show by this Vietnamese lady boss and was previously located at Toa Payoh before shifting here.
Coney Donuts doesn’t offer your typical donuts. Unlike the decadent medley of sweet and greasy flavours we are accustomed to, these cones offer a well-balanced combination of flavours.

Don’t miss the Giant Grouper-themed menu at Wan Hao Chinese Restaurant. It’s an epicurean journey that will leave an indelible impression. Make your reservations here.
Wan Hao Chinese Restaurant has refreshed it’s a la carte menu and launched the seasonal Sri Lankan Crab menu recently.
That looked and tasted much better than it sounded, with that super tender pork belly covered in a velvety yet light sauce over distinct grains of rice.
If I can just get past my guilt, then I might come here more often given the good quality of ingredients that they use in these Inflation Menu dishes.
The Inflation Menu item at The English House today was this fish pie, which was delicate and easy to eat. It turns out that they also have wine by the glass on the Inflation Menu too.

All in all, I do not mind splurging once in a while for such delicious lobster rolls.
They don’t take reservations so customers in the know will arrive by 11.45 am to chope a place when they open at 12noon!

Misato certainly served delicious Japanese food and they paid special attention to the cutlery and utensils too. However, it is a little slow. We would still recommend. Therefore, dine when you have the time to spend.
