Apart from the steaks, Wolfgang Steakhouse does great pasta too.
Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore Review : $198 Weekend Roast for Two with pictures of wine list, lunch menu and restaurant interior ..
At S$38 (US$29), this thing was not cheap. But I saw my teammate ordering this at Ichinoji yesterday and for some reason I couldn’t get the thought of those scallops out of my head, so I came down to give it a try.
I'm really enjoying that restaurants in Singapore are always refreshing their menus with seasonal items because it means foodies like us will always have something new to look forward to every few months.
For the months of July and August 2019, dine at the restaurant and enjoy the following promotions: 10% off any unagi items Unagi Day: 27 July 2019 20% off any unagi items
Porta's all-day dining menu sees new creations as well, starting with Parma Ham ($16).
this is definitely one of my favourite Yu Sheng till date.
Overall, food quality was not too bad. Apart from that, I find that their service was kind of lacking given a weekday evening.
Those who adore their highly-acclaimed Peranakan fare can look forward to the Chilli Crab Kueh Pie Tee to start the ball rolling.
For the price, Swissôtel Merchant Court offers a pretty good value if you are looking to visit Singapore, or even as a weekend staycation spot.
Ellenborough Market Café also caters breakfast for hotel guests.
As a traditional Cantonese family, meals on the 2nd day of the Lunar New Year signify the abundance of food for the rest of the year. Usually, we will either cook at home or eat out at a Chinese restaurant with their CNY set menus, but this was the first year we decided to try a buffet lunch since the variety will be more sumptuous than a 10-course lunch
I find that this buffet offers good value
Overall, Festive International and Seafood BBQ Buffet provide a lot of choice for this festive dinner.

Pretty competent tiramisu that had the ladyfingers well soaked.
Overall, the dishes I had at FOC Restaurant are very good. Strong flavours in general, coupled with a vibrant dining vibe.
The restaurant's just as buzzy, and crazy popular as before, so be sure to make reservations before going down.
Overall, our lunch at FOC Singapore was an enjoyable experience.
Food at Dashi Master Marusaya remains traditional Japanese cuisine, focused on soups, stews, and small bites, with the highlight being the house dashi stock. Fresh premium ingredients are used, resulting in dishes that are tasty, hearty, wholesome, and healthy. Portions are sized for communal group dining, and sharing remains encouraged. Prices are pegged at a premium, budget about SGD $50 per person.
We enjoyed our return dining experience at Dashi Master Marusaya, and will be back for more. Those who love hearty Japanese hot pot dining will love Dashi Master Marusaya as well.
Overall, it is great to be back at Dashi Master Marusaya. The food remains impressive and we like the enhanced version of the dashi broth.
George Town Tze Char & Craft Beer, George Town Tze Char Review, George Town Tze Char Review by Chubby Botak Koala, Craft Beer BoatQuay, Penang Food SG
Overall, it was indeed a pleasure to return to George Town to try out their new dishes.
I enjoyed the refreshing soju, cold beers (bottled craft/tap) paired with tasty tze char food. From what I've tried, it paired quite well so far.
My favourites are the Unagi Kabayaki Open Face Sandwich, Truffle Sōmen Noodles with Scallop and Black Sesame Tiramisu! It also includes a pot of TWG tea or Freshly Brewed Coffee.
at S$26++pax buffet is passable and some items quite ok for me don’t need to eat much.. ambience is good. we bros had a great time together.
La Belle Epoque (which means “the beautiful age” en français) at Boat Quay serves beautiful European food.
Overall, the menu curated by Chef Firdauz and his team showcases some brilliant flair and daring flavours.
Food at La Belle Epoque Restaurant is Modern European cuisine, with a dash of Asian flavours thrown in. Chef Firdauz Nasir leads the kitchen, with a philosophy of fresh locally sourced ingredients seasoned with natural herbs.
Tapas 24 at Robertson Quay was the site of a birthday dinner. We figured, small plates, that would be great!
The Quayside, 60 Robertson Quay, #01-04, Singapore 238252, open Mon to Wed 5pm to 12mn, Thu to Sun 12nn to 12mn
So Tapas,24 has S$35 (US$26) lunch sets on Thursdays and Fridays. And one of the choices available is a single-serving of paella.
A Singapore BBQ dinner at Decker Barbecue is not exactly cheap considering that we were eating outdoors along the pavement. But this is still a prime Robertson Quay Singapore location. We thought that the portion size and food quality justified the pricing. For me, having food barbecued, cooked just right and served to us beats trying to do this at home.

Besides Fried Kway Teow, if you are into blood cockles, they do have Beansprouts with Cockles as an individual dish for you to order.
Overall, Meng Kee Fried Kway Teow is one of the more underrated char kway teow stalls that’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!
Meng Kee Fried Kway Teow is a popular char kway teow with many loyal fans who swear by it for its wok hei and robust sweet-savoury flavours.
The kueh pie tee was fresh, crunchy and flavourful, with a delightful kick from the sambal. The bush keluah fried rice was moist and fragrant of bush keluak, yet balanced in flavour and savouriness. The fried chicken was nicely flavourful too.
a nice family peranakan dinner.
Second time back in as many weeks. The flavours of the bakwan kepeting, beef rendang and chap chye were rich, flavoured and yet nuanced with multiple spices. Very nice. The only regret was that the bakwan was machined minced rather than hand minced, and lacked texture.
Quite tasty vermicelli with garlic fragrance and wok hei, and fresh and tasty prawns.
Best place to enjoy goong ob woon sen in Singapore.
The star here was the cockles. The cockles were so fresh and oh so big, plump and juicy!! Shiok lah. It is hard to get such big cockles these days. Really glad that I got to try this laksa at last after so many years! Do give it a try if you are around the area!
If you are someone who prefers a stronger taste in Laksa, Guang Fa Laksa is definitely an underrated gem.
For old-school laksa peppered with cockles, Guang Fa Laksa dishes out bowls of savoury goodness from 7.30am in the morning! Read more.
That cheese shaobing (燒餅) was impressive.
Hopefully with the consistent high standards, there will be many more years to come for Restaurant Ibid.
The dishes at Restaurant Ibid are definitely one of its kind. Looking forward to more of Wai Leong's Nanyang cuisine. We hear that lunch service would be starting soon.
The server grilling our meats got a nice char on those chops which were pretty good.
The restaurant offers premium lab at affordable pricings and their meat is sourced from Australia and New Zealand.
So lamb lovers, listen carefully, here is a new hideout to ease your craving for lamb!
