After a reasonably long wait, the Claypot Chicken Rice arrived. We ordered the smaller one since were had a heavy lunch and still, it was good to feed two light eaters. Just look at the ingredients, there was so much chicken, Lap Cheong, and they were very generous with the sauces and ground ginger. Mix it all up and it was heavenly. Truly one of the best Claypot Chicken Rice in town. Now I know why this place is so famous. Truly worth the wait and my rating for this shall be 9/10.

这里的瓦煲鸡饭这么受欢迎，其中一个原因是他们全程都是采用瓦煲来炭烧的，不像有一些地方预先把饭煮到半熟，才移到瓦煲里继续煮。我以为这样一定要等很久才可以煮好上菜的，可是出乎意料地只是十分钟，香喷喷的瓦煲鸡饭就送上来了。

之前到了强记几次都和椰子鸡汤无缘，终于这次有机会喝到椰子鸡汤。 食越添除了必吃瓦煲鸡饭以外，这里的炖汤也不容错过。 高达10种类的炖汤，我这碗却是最后一碗椰子鸡汤了，真是幸运！

Shi Yue Tian Claypot Chicken Rice Shop (食越添瓦煲鸡饭) is located on C31, Bt 8, Jalan Puchong. They have a branch in Jalan Kenari 19A in Bandar Puchong Jaya, not very far from the mother shop. It was very busy when we arrived there. Almost all the tables were filled and there were numerous other people waiting in line to tar pau (打包 take away). I had no idea this was such a popular place.

以上就是色香味俱全的食越添瓦煲鸡饭，它上桌时的色泽漂亮，深浅分明。 我还闻到陈陈飘香的咸鱼味及些许的姜蓉辛味，那是多么诱人的香味～ 把鸡饭放一口进嘴里慢慢细嚼，还能感觉到米饭粒粒香喷的滋味哦！ 品尝之下，我的味蕾更爱上那咸鱼香、姜蓉味及腊肠的完美配搭..... 喔！我完全无法自拔，竟越食越添！我想这就是老板取店名的原意吧!

Total damaged was RM64.00 for two large pot, six soups, vegetable and Chinese tea! Definitely one of the best claypot chicken rice that I have tasted worthy of benchmarking. If you are looking for authentic flavors, this place has it. Owner has been lashing out his pot of rice for more than 20 years and looks like it will be around a bit as his son is taking over the operation. Great food takes time so if you are not one to wait, then I suggest going to other ones without the wait.
