Talking about gravy and fish, and yes, I do like fish and seafood a lot, the Sautéed Egg White with Fish and Dried Scallops is really tasty and very suitable for children. The little ones would love food slightly mushy and plus, the taste is great. Served to us with a raw yolk in the middle, the dish looks great before stirring it.

Given the generous portions and reasonable pricing, it’s no wonder that there are still long queues here. Be prepared to wait about 15-30 minutes to be served (from queuing to place your order, to getting your food). By the time I left, they were down to their last roasted chicken (at about 1 PM). I’ll definitely be back for more… if parking were easier to find.
Here to introduce you guys one of the best places usually I go to get my lunch and sometime, breakfast. Apparently not only me but this chicken rice shop has been a fan favourite among students in Sunway University as it offers economical and delicious meal. No wonder that it usually sold out by 2pm.
The quick flow of customers means you defiantly get your chicken rice warm and fresh and true enough, our pick of Chicken Drumstick Rice (RM 4.50) was decent enough to put aside any debate- it’s agreeable that the meal is worthy of every cent. The chicken alone is tasty enough to take centre stage – smooth and not overcooked; and topped with the spotlight- fried garlic. A generous blanket of fried garlic gives the extra kick and fragrant to the otherwise ordinary plate of chicken rice is their signature if not the key to the very good business. Not stingy with ingredients, a dash of spring onions topped the serving, even though it is totally okay to eliminate it.
We ordered Din Tai Fung’s Xiao Long Bao, Pork Chop Fried Rice and Sour & Spicy Soup.

小笼包 Xiao Long Bao is always haven when you put them into your mouth ! The outburst of the soup together with the juicy mean in your mouth 😇 Xiao long bao are also called a "soup dumpling" because its dim sum that are filled with hot soup. This dish have to be eaten carefully.
2nd visit here, I am satisfied. I will be back to try the other choices, especially the Soya Tart and Chicken Pie!
"檀岛咖啡店 Honolulu Cafe" is a Hong Kong style restaurant much like a "typical 茶餐厅 Char Chan Teng" with "slightly" elegant decoration.
The boy wanted rice, so we browsed the fried rice section and he selected the Fried rice with pork in XO sauce (RM16.80). Turned out to be an excellent choice, one of the best fried rice we've had with plenty of wok hei. The portion size is also good for sharing.
Spanish Iberico Spare Ribs Baked with Red Wine Accompanied with the Deep Fried “Wanton “ One of the signatures in Grand Imperial. The iberico spare ribs are perfectly good where the meat comes simply juicy and melts in the mouth. The meat comes with the perfect juiciness and every mouthful is divinely delicious. Sides with the beautifully decorated “Deep Fried Wanton” which looks like flower.
Would I Return?: I would return for the egg tarts, truffle noodles and baked sweet potato. They have many more interesting dishes on the main menu. It would be a place that I'll only come once in awhile. Once every 3-6 months?
If you are raring to come for the buns, it’s important you know that they are only available on Sundays and public holidays. They are not listed on the menu either, so you will need to order them through the waiting staff. An order (RM11) comes in 3 mini pieces accompanied with 3 generous slabs of butter – one for each. The ‘polo bao’ was authentic alright, sweet and crusty on the top just like how it’s supposed to be. My memory is a bit fuzzy, but if I compare it to those we had in Hong Kong the taste would be around 75% similar. Personally, I wouldn’t purposely drive all the way here again for it. Next time, any Grand Imperial branch would do.

Considering the price plus quality of food, I'd give a thumbs up to this one and the fact that it is in Sunway Pyramids Mall.
For a set lunch meal that includes soup, drinks, and fruits at around $15-$20 is generally a good price especially at "big malls" like Sunway Pyramids.

Not the cheapest dining spot in Sunway Pyramids but the duck dishes definitely worth a try.
We ordered another dish as a filler during this dining session – Braised Vermicelli with Seafood (黑松露海鲜焖米粉) RM28.90 The vermicelli is actually very soft (after braised) flavourful packed with seafood such as Scallop, Prawn, and Squid while each bite is always filled with surprise from those camouflage ingredients like enoki mushroom, shallot, and garlic. Personally would rate this dish AAA grade with two thumbs up and recommend everyone to try it out! 😉
The curry mee wasn't bad and neither was it outstanding, so I will say that it's not one that I would eat again. Maybe in general I won't eat curry mee again, who knows hah...hah... Like I always say, taste is subjective, so others may find this curry mee to their liking.
Another one of their signature dishes, you can also try their Beef Slice Dry Noodles. The noodles are springy in texture and when you eat it together with the crunchy bean sprouts, it’s the best combo ever! This dish also comes with a hot bowl of beef soup that’ll warm you right up. Make sure you order this!

Mohd Chan Dim Sum & Restaurant has at least a dozen locations in Klang Valley. Will not be trying out any Dim Sum at Mohd Chan but perhaps other halal dishes offered in their other branches in the future.

Okay place for afternoon tea. The coffee comes with a biscuit.
Overall, the food at Lim Ko Pi Sunway Geo Avenue is pretty decent taste with slightly high pricing. They are open for breakfast from 8 am until 5 pm except Sundays. Nothing more to say about this place except good curry noodles.
Ginger Steam Ikejime Red Snapper The other half of the fish was steamed in a premium soy sauce with ginger, shimeji mushroom, topped with scallion to bring out the delicate, sweet flavour of the fish. Truly delicious!
What to eat? Seafood feast is a good idea anytime, don't you think so too? :D The other day, thanks to my friend's recommendation, I was at the newly refurbished Wellcome Seafood Restaurant, Bandar Sunway Mentari. The restaurant kitchen is now helmed by the talented Chef Alvin Chin and he has prepared a tempting menu for us.
Verdict: We’ve tried something different than our usual “dai chow” fare, taste and price wise, very affordable the ingredients was fresh. Don’t mind come back if I’m at the vicinity.

One of a famous pork noodle that located in Sunway Mentari is Ah Or Pork Noodle. Been talking among my friends to drop by for this stalls for long time till 2 days ago. This is in my hunting list for a few years where the story connected way back my college years, where used to stay in SS15 and a frequent diner at one of a pork noodle shop that located opposite carefour till they have shifted. Only found out that SS15 is the one that we have used to eat and Mentari is run by his sister.
