I was impressed with the food after my meal at Dolce Vita, given my usual scepticism with restaurants in hotels. You get the Italian authenticity and good quality of the ingredients.

You should not leave Equinox without trying their dessert. You will not regret it. Even myself who is not a dessert person, could not resist myself helping to them. That just shows how good they are.

The lemon tart was zesty and fresh. The chocolate mousse was the best and was the only one that we finished. The sponge cake was very average in taste but the most attractive looking.

My favorites were the Focaccia with Cheese (lovely pull-apart bun); and the Onion Bread (buttery and crunchy exterior with an airy inside). The Squid Ink Brioche was super fluffy too!
