Eventually, we opted to try one of the dessert on display, specifically Lucky Koi. The combination of ingredients in this specific dessert (oolong rice ice cream + peach sorbet + goji berry muesli crunch + lychee glaze) was appealing and yummy. There was a burst of flavors and textures – the tanginess from the berries, the crunch from the muesli and the unique sweetness from the creamy ice cream. We enjoyed it.

When it arrived, I was so surprised with the unique presentation. The best part is how they crafteed the ice-cream to look like a real rose. The best part is to slice the hardened and frozened rose, and when it breaks, it reveals a hardened layer of chocolate and cherry ice-cream inside.

Verdict: Artisanal ice cream and Petits Gateaux which is persuasively appealing in terms of appearance and flavours, it’s certainly a place that can make me HAPPY! A cool and much needed relief on recent hot hazy days.

Unicorn - our girl loves unicorns, so this was a natural choice for her. Madagascar vanilla ice cream, lychee and raspberry sorbet, white chocolate dip and crispy meringues - this was rather light and refreshing.

The other flavour which stood out for me was the cookies & cream. This is much more sophisticated than your basic vanilla ice cream with Oreo bits combination. The cookies & cream ice cream here is made from chocolate cookies baked in-house and vanilla ice cream mixed with 63% Weiss dark chocolate from France. It is rich in texture with a toasty taste.
