It started with those rice cakes in those bowls, but was served with a brown sauce and garlic puree on top.

The chicken was moist, tasty, and with a crispy skin that was further topped with a crunchy laksa seasoning.

Tried their masala coffee. Their masala mix had a fiery kick. Nice but there were a couple of things that bothered me.
This plate of kuey teow would have benefitted much from more dark soy sauce for their flavour and more through caramelization.
Maxwell Food Centre is one of those rare hawker centers in Singapore that is highly popular with tourists and at the same time, is held in high esteem by locals for its authentic and traditional hawker dishes. The main reason for this is that Maxwell Food Centre is the current home of a myriad of...…
Nice. The rendang was nutty and lemak
Traditional or newfangled, there’s something in Maxwell Food Centre to tickle your food fancy. With its sprawling aisles and numerous stalls, there’s something for any kind of diet.
My only gripe however was that the dough base was a little sinewy, a sign that the defrosting was not done properly.
Overall, we were slightly apprehensive about eating at Chinatown Restaurant which was relatively quiet as compared with the overflowing situation in some of the other restaurants in Chinatown Point at lunch time.
Homestyle Braised Pork Belly S$58.00++ Our favourite dish of the night is this claypot goodness that brims with tea tree mushroom, mushroom garlic rice and unctuous pork belly.
Service at Birds Of A Feather befits a fine dining establishment (though it's not).
Birds Of A Feather is no run-of-the-mill Sichuan restaurant. The loud and boisterous Sichaun flavours we know have taken an ettique lesson and we love it.
Oh well… food and services are good and we will surely be back next time.
The must-order for dessert would be the chendol. Loved the amount of gula melaka on this and the ratio of the coconut milk.
All in all, I can see the effort put into this plate of nasi lemak but I can get a good plate of nasi lemak elsewhere with all the ingredients, maybe add-ons and the price is still less than this.
3 reviews of One Raffles Place "I've never been to this shopping centre prior to renovations, but my first impression of the new digs are that it's quite nice. The layout isn't that confusing, but the escalators make it seem that way. After the…
First time seeing Food Court's food more expensive than restaurants'.
If you haven't been here, I hope the executive set lunch is reason enough for you to come by!
Overall, there are more misses than hits at LeVeL33 Craft-Brewery Restaurant & Lounge. It may not be worthwhile even with a scenic view.
I had enjoyed Chef ArChan previous menu when she just joined the restaurant.
All in all, I like the novelty of this joint, as it’s really quite different from the neighbors, and the menu concept paired with mixologist concoctions, makes this a nice place for revisits at different times of the day.
Kafe Utu managed to live up to my low expectations, seeing how this is the first African cafe I've seen in my whole life here and they managed to hit home with the ambiance, dish curation and service.
I foresee this space to survive Singapore’s competitive culinary scene in years to come, as it provides both great food and good vibes.
The service at Lime Restaurant was delightful.
Considering the spread of food, bottomless coffee and tea, and the classy ambience, the price is immensely worth paying for.
Food at Lime Restaurant is varied, and the ala-carte buffet includes Western influences from American, British, French, and Italian cuisines, as well as Asian influences from Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Thai, Malaysian, and Singaporean cuisines.
Restaurant JAG is not your typical French restaurant and its uniqueness is certainly what earned it its Michelin star.
Overall, the experience was very refreshing, with notable divergences from the usual fine dining experiences in Singapore.
The One-Michelin starred restaurant at Duxton Road Restaurant JAG spots a new Autumn Menu, and it extends the herb driven cuisine by Chef Jeremy.
Cream puff's pretty good. Reminded me of those from Beard Papa.
Cream puff's pretty good.

Liao Fan Hawker Chan Few will ever figure out the calculus behind marrying stupendous with cheap, nevertheless Liao Fan Hawker Chan ...
整体来说我还蛮喜欢这里的油鸡的,虽然很多人说比它好吃的大把,不明白怎么会是米其林一星等,不过我还是觉得不管星不星还是算好吃的。
Liao Fan Hawker Chan Singapore serves the cheapest Michelin-star meal in the world, Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice & Noodles. His winning dish costs all of 2 SGD / $1.5 and a must try when in Singapore.
Pistachio cake. Not bad. Topped with crushed pistachios, yuzu creme and drizzled with honey. I liked the crumbly texture.
Every dish is a beautiful ensemble of lovely flavours and a showcase of fine produce.
I didn't quite feel Moosehead has made a statement as much as my very first visit. But the complexity of the dishes still shines, not to forget the upbeat ambience of this small space. Perhaps that explains the crowd day in and out.
A must-have delicacy for the Chinese New Year, the Black & White Sesame Nian Gao is soft and chewy with a very subtle hint of black sesame.
All Peach Garden restaurants are open throughout Lunar New Year, including first and second day of Lunar New Year.
The turkey meat tasted moist and best to enjoy with the sauces for better flavour.

Very nice roasted sweet potato. Sweet and very tender. I thought it worked very well with the sour cream and dill with salt.
I liked it enough that I ordered a second one, along with that minute steak pita on the side. Yum.
