Food at Ippudo is focused on Japanese cuisine, specifically ramen noodles and izakaya bar snacks. Their award-winning tonkotsu pork bone broth is the star, achieving the perfect balance of texture and taste that appeals to the masses.
Da Dong Prawn Noodles, Jin Ji Teochew Braised Duck & Kway Chap, and Keng Eng Kee (KEK) Seafood all put out a unique dish that combines both their own recipes with IPPUDO’s. This novel collaboration is a giant step toward celebrating not just this generation of hawkers, but the generations before.
