The service was also great. We were served by a white man (Australian?), who introduced the dishes to us as he served them. That is the proper etiquette, but a pity not many fine dining restaurants do it these days because of their untrained staff.
The food impresses me at Club Street Wine Room, as it is easy for a wine bar concept to overlook on its food quality. Lovely shophouse space, and I am keen to return for dinner next time as the ambience should be quite charming in the evening. I am eying that Aged T-bone 500g beef next.
