I haven't eaten at Keisuke in a while. But his shop at Capitol Singapore (13 Stamford Road #B1-35) serves an iekei bowl that I hadn't tried yet, so I grabbed one while I was nearby. It was pretty darned thick, with a broth that was so sticky that it was more like a sauce.

I enjoyed my meal at Skai where the seafood and meat dishes are impressive. I like the Japanese elements in most of the dishes I had, and suffice to say the execution of the dishes are good. The impressive city view is still quite unbeatable in Singapore, and this is still very much the ideal venue for a romantic date night.
