Both the Chicken feet and Fish sauce fried rice noodles are well done!
Lion’s head Meatballs is a dish that is made to depict Lions head so don’t freak out just yet as it’s made out of pork and not lions. This Chinese dish is made out of enormous pork meatballs stewed with vegetables. There are two versions: first, the plain one where meatballs are stewed or steamed with Napa cabbages and second, the red version where it is cooked with cabbage, bamboo shoots or tofu in a soy-sauce-based sauce. The large meatball resembles lion’s head and the chinese cabbage as its mane. It originated from the Jiangsu province and it later a popular Shanghai cuisine with the influx of migrants during the late 19th to early 20th century. Review: 6 / 10 👍👍😋😋 Opening Hours: 07:00am - 09:30pm
The "Lion Head" comes in a bowl of sweet sauce, appetizing as it goes well with the rice.
it probably offers "the best" CharSiu I have ever tasted in KL, can't find that taste anymore! so far!
The Chili on the side was really really "spicy", overall just so so!
Patrons can be assured of a satisfying bowl of springy oodle of noodle bathed in fragrant sauce that are neither overly oily or salty, juicy succulent char siew (you can choose lean or fatty cuts) and plump wantons with meat and prawns. All of this for RM8.00 per serving.
I think you could very well guess that this is delicious! Fragrant rice, a medley of flavours from 3 different curries plus salted egg and vegetables – what’s not to like? 🙂
