char siew was perfect, tender, smooth, flavourful, nicely charred
The noodles remind me of the Hong Kong style noodles and it has the springiness and QQ texture.
We wouldn’t mind to go back for more next time.
To be sure, this stall has a Bib Gourmand listing. And the quality of the ingredients was very good, including not just the fatty, moist, and tender pork, but also the wonderfully skinny noodles in particular (apparently they are bamboo pole noodles hauled in from Hong Kong).

Chef Kang’s Noodle House is definitely worth a try, and you will get above average wanton mee for sure.

Thin springy eggy noodles with fatty char siew that has a good caramelized finish and plump and substantial wontons!!
I’ll hesitate to call it the best I ever had, but there’s not a doubt in my mind that it was a great plate of wanton noodles.
