Soba made with natural ingredients and no MSG. Between the hot and cold versions of soba, my preference will be the warm broth as I felt its more stomach-comforting and flavourful. For those who prefer to have rice, they do have some menu items with rice too.
Another Hidden Gem 💎 I discovered at Tanjong Pagar, Tokyo Soba used to be located in a hole in a wall small shop but has since expanded and taken over 2 units across them.
Was looking for something that wouldn't sit down heavy so a cold soba was usually the quick fix for that.
We ordered kisu tempura on the side. The flavour of the fish was....subtle. Wasn't something with much presence in tempura methinks.
I liked the Spanish tomatoes on the left though, and overall it was a refreshing bowl. But I wish that I had gotten something else.

We also had a kitsune soba. Broth was not as smoky and also slightly sweet because of the kitsune - which I loved by the way.
The menu was extensive and there was a wide variety of hot soba, cold soba and soba in dipping sauce.
