Initially hesitant about trying Siam Road Charcoal Char Kuey Teow due to trying a different CKT place, I eventually decided to give it a try. However, the experience wasn't the most pleasant due to the non-air-conditioned setting and an extensive queue. The uncle cooking the CKT prepared each plate individually, leading to a considerable wait.

他們家的炒粿條配料有豆芽鮮蛤豬油渣蝦只雞蛋和臘腸他仍然以火炭炒粿條不斷搖晃手中的扇火候十足讓人意猶未盡雖然人潮一直不斷也不曾聽過但他堅持從容不迫的炒出一碟碟古早味的炭炒炒粿條
