The laksa was really creamy, lemak and fragrant, with nice dredges, fresh and sweet prawns, and smooth and bouncy bee hoon. The laksa gravy was really layered, balanced, sweet and drinkable; not spicy at all. The bee hoon was smooth and bouncy. Really enjoyable.

George’s Katong Laksa is considered one of the best Laksas in Singapore. I hadn’t tried it until a friend asked me to meet her there for it.
Even though the whole coffeshop only sells this particular dish, people from all over the island will actually come all the way to the East to enjoy this laksa.
