The Place Opened just this month along Mohamed Sultan Road, I checked out The Curry Club Signature, a new contemporary casual-fine dining Indian restaurant by a local South Indian family.
I'm not sure how true to form this is, but it was on the Restaurant Week menu at Shabestan during lunch today.
This is on the lunch menu at 2it & Drink, but I don't think it's on the main menu. Apparently this is a tradtional configuration of tuna and onions though, and it worked for me, especially since the tuna didn't remind me of childhood sandwiches.
That looked and tasted much better than it sounded, with that super tender pork belly covered in a velvety yet light sauce over distinct grains of rice.
A rather upscale Moroccan place has opened on the former grounds of Cloud Sultan (18 Mohamed Sultan Road, 6690-7566).
If I can just get past my guilt, then I might come here more often given the good quality of ingredients that they use in these Inflation Menu dishes.
The Inflation Menu item at The English House today was this fish pie, which was delicate and easy to eat. It turns out that they also have wine by the glass on the Inflation Menu too.
I've always been curious about this place, but there was no way that I was going to pay those sky high prices that they charge (28 Mohamed Sultan Road, 6545-4055).
This beat-up shop (109 Killiney Road, 8440-0004) is a bit out of place on Killiney Road, especially since you can only order food using a Meituan mini program on WeChat.
This little coffee shop has been at Loft@Nathan for a while, and it looks like they've since expanded (428 River Valley Road #01-14).
