What do We Like about Kompassion? -Foods were all great and delicious. Can see the efforts behind each dish from the ingredients used -Comfortable environment and attentive staff
Dinner was about RM250 for three pax, and considering how we ate so much, plus drinks and desserts, it was very reasonable. Kompassion has certainly upped their game, yet managed to keep their prices down at more affordable levels.
Our meal for four, inclusive of drinks and desserts, came up to RM250++. Considering the setting, as well as quality of food and service, I think this is a reasonable price. There are plenty of other dishes that I’ve yet to try on the menu, so I’m looking forward to my next visit. Reservations are recommended, but you can try walking in too.
The Belacan Fried Rice was yummy. I’ve always liked this dish and decided to go for it again. The portion size was big as usual, good enough for 2 people. Nice flavor with plenty of ingredients, the rice came with 2,3 fish fillets. Just in case the fried rice is not ‘belacan’ enough for you, they also provide a serving of belacan sauce on the side.

The Belacan Fried Rice was delicious. The dish comprised of three large fish filllets + fried rice + egg + vegetables for garnish and flavorful green sweet sauce. It tasted yummy, The rice was slightly on the dense side but the texture suited the flavor of the rice. The fish fillets were large, so there was more than enough to last you from the start till the end.
Avocado Beansprout Salad. Price-RM15.90 What interest me from the menu - salad that says beansprout , and it comes with avocado. The slight sourness and the natural sweetness from the ingredients, makes u want to have more. What an interesting way to use beansprout, which is my first ever - and visually, this salad looks so good.
I recommend this eatery to adventurous foodies or those who like fusion food with modern twists.
