It was a gastronomy lunch at Labyrinth where we experience the heritage, culture, and traditions of Singapore with such an innovative approach by Chef LG Han. The service is impeccable too!
Michelin starred or not, I applaud the guts of Chef Li putting modern sin cuisine on the table. It is not easy getting creative with food that we Singaporeans have known all our lives to be cheap, affordable and tasty.
Overall the meal was pleasant and I did enjoy but I’m sure there are even more interesting dishes that I’ve yet to try.
If there is a place that you are looking at for a nice business lunch or a romantic meal, somehow I feel that Labyrinth would not disappoint.
I really enjoyed his modern takes on local Singaporean cuisine such as chilli crab and chicken curry, that managed to bridge the chasm between the familiar and the innovative. Exceptional cuisine and a place I would highly recommend.
