The Unlisted Collection's modern Australian restaurant Salted & Hung has been on my to-eat list since forever, post Beck's glowing review of the same.
This reminded me of the grilled pineapples that the Brazilian Churrascaria serves at the end of the buffet. Sweet, tangy and just the palette cleanser needed to reset the tastebuds.
Salted and Hung is a contemporary Australian restaurant with a menu that has a strong focus on in-house curing and grilling using head-to-tail of the animals.
Tried out the fare at Yummo Chow recently. A mixture of Western favorites with some unique dishes also in the menu.
Their prices are not bank-breaking for a cafe situated in a hotel, but do note that there is an additional service charge.
We at NAHMJ love the food served at Yummo Chow SG. It was such an unexpected find.
The food was much better than I was expecting, particularly that duck confit above with its crispy skin, tasty fat, and generous meat, not to mention nicely done sauce and sides.
I was happy with their namesake pasta topped with sakura ebi too. I'll order these from them again.
Liked their beef en croute
They are most well-known for their pancakes and fried chicken waffles but they also have other breakfast food
St Clinton Baking Co and their fried chicken waffles and pancakes have long gained a queue and name for themselves as the brunch place.
I like the chorizo! It was very flavorful and juicy!

Good value for money and good quality too, each thick slice of fish is fresh and clean-tasting, with delicate sweet savoury flavours. Highly recommended!
Manzoku is worth a try if you are on a budget and craving for Japanese donburi or udon noodles.
The pricing is very reasonable and the portions are humongous. As for the food, it is run-of-the-mill, but if you can pay more, the quality gets a lot better and the food becomes more delicious.
Do not expect anything fancy, but down-to-earth quality burgers, basic grills, and of course the quintessential beers!

Overall we had a pleasant dining experience here.
Food overall came across as grounded; nothing fanciful and generally excellent.
I had initially thought that this might have been some sort of kedgeree but I guess not.
We’re sure that with the right tweaks and improvements, they’ll soon be on their way to becoming one of Bugis‘ most flocked-to dining spots.
Given how Slate is described to be an Aussie-style cafe concept in the day and a Contemporary tapas-style restaurant and bar in the evening, we felt that the menu served for its brunch service seems to be very loosely connected towards the theme that they are trying to bring across.
It remains to be seen if Yet Con Chicken Rice will reopen again.
Personally, it tasted unique and more "kampung" style as compared to those that we usually had.

Chef Bjorn and the Artichoke Singapore crew are serving up incredible Middle-Eastern fusion food and stunning cocktails, moves to River Valley
We noticed some good looking hummus and eggplant sitting in the countertop's glass case at Artichoke, so we grabbed a plate of each, along with other tasty treats like their white beans and fennel as well as a smoked falafel salad.
