Kuala Lumpur Puchong crab brother to provide more than 20 kinds of crab tastes, absolutely eat crab paradise Yeah
The ingredients were fresh. The seafood cheese tofu was my favourite, and the fish items like the fishballs were good too; had a nice bouncy bite to them. Soup base was decent – I think they taste pretty standard at most hotpot places.
Nothing could go wrong, right? I mean it's just soup and uncooked food. How difficult is that? Ho Kee didn't fare badly actually. The seafood was fresh and portion was substantial. The issue was with the soup. Specifically, the flavor. It was just too fishy for my liking and marred everything else. If you like Pulau Ketam style, this would be a treat for you. Otherwise, steer clear.
If you order 1 person only they set dishes cost you MYR18.90, 2 people and above is MYR16.90. Ala carte add on is about MYR6.50 - MYR16 (Regular size) Of course not included seafood, seafood is count per gram.
Hello Foodies! Chinese New Year is around the corner, are you distressed on where to have your reunion dinner with your loves one? You need to consider food that are suitable for elderly and kids, at the same time you need to consider the environment of that place. No worries, scroll on as this will be the perfect place!
Overall the food taste good, price was above average but service was great during our visit. (Maybe because there was a survey form that we need to fill in? hahaha) Thanks to the waiter who keep offer to refill water for us. They serve fusion food including Western, Japanese, BBQ with wine and sake. Jam Factory also have live music band in the restaurant. Last time it was a couple singing and this time is a guy who play saxophone well. Aircon in the restaurant is pretty cold so do wear long pant or bring along your jacket.
Seafood fried rice (RM12 – one portion). Good portion, generous amount of seafood (shrimps, crab meat sticks), nice wokhei.
Stir Fried Lai Fun with seafood (prawns, squid, mini scallops) for MYR 12 The Lai Fun is the default type of noodle used for Assam Laksa). The noodles are a bit springy so I need to chew for a long time carefully. I kept more than half of this dish for my friend as the portion is too much for me.
The restaurant does not offer a big menu list of choices and I think it is perhaps a good thing that they offer what they do best.
We honestly enjoyed all the dishes, and we must also commend the excellent service here. The staff are always so attentive and we liked how they actually prep the dishes individually – a service that’s mostly reserved for more high-end Chinese restaurants or wedding banquets.
KY & KB ordered quite a number of dishes; Kapitan Style Mixed Seafood, Flying Fish Thai-Style, Fried Kailan, Yam Basket, Braised Pork and Crab Fried Mee Hoon. The crab in the fried mee hoon were huge!. I have tried the same items back in Kuala Selangor but the crab there were slightly smaller. But the ones in this restaurant were meaty, fresh, tasty and HUGE! Though it can be pricey, but it's totally value for money. I am not a fan of petai, hence I did not try the 'Kapitan Style Mixed Seafood'. The deep-fried fish was crunchy to the last bite. I like dunking the fried bun into the braised pork gravy. I have to say that the dishes were absolutely delicious.
Deshelled prawns coated in Nestum flakes (small portion) at MYR 35 nett. Tasty dish but I prefer the shells at the tails be removed as well.
If you are in Puchong looking for something unique to try, I would recommend Restoran Kari Kepala Ikan Tiga. They are the creator of this steamed fish dish called Specialty Steamed Seafood King that’s also topped with sea prawns, clams and squid. The taste is very similar to ‘Siong Tong Lala’ as they use the same fish bone soup base. In fact, you can think of it as ‘Siong Tong Lala’ added with fish and squid.
Curry fish head is one of the two signature dishes in this shop served under a burner and its taste was awesome, the curry flavour is strong and creamy. I love it.
What do We Like about B & Best Restaurant? -FRESH seafoods. The oysters were so fresh, tasty and easy on the pocket -The service was good
Overall, we would rate B & Best as “above average” in our books when it comes to fish noodles. However, the fried fish cake here is still exceptionally good – and warrants an order if you’re visiting!
Restoran B & Best" offers seafood noodles as early as 7:30am.
What do We Like about Feast at Sheraton, PJ? -Good spread and selection of foods to choose from for our breakfast -Attentive and helpful staff

If you are like me, who enjoy Japanese food, Kampachi should be definitely be on your list as it is undoubtedly one of Kuala Lumpur’s best Japanese restaurant.
Our dinner at Kampachi in Plaza 33 was fantastic. The setting was calm and comfortable, and the food was delicious. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy Japanese food with friends or family. Whether you love sushi or want to try something new, Kampachi is a great place to go. We left with full stomachs and happy faces, looking forward to our next visit.
Hokkaido Hotate – Scallop Another sweetness overloaded nigiri with essence from the sea. This hokkaido scallop was as huge as my palm!
Overall Rating: 5/10. I have heard a handful of things about this legendary lobster restaurant (founded in 2001!), though many of which were on it's deteriorating quality. Looks like my plan to try new things didn't turn out so well this time round.
Overall, only certain food are nice, but many are very poor. The service is also terribly poor. The person who picks up call, and the person who take order is so impatient and unfriendly. I think she is either the boss of the restaurant or manager. Seriously service is very important in F&B field. Besides that, the staff are all foreigners who can't even understand simple English.
4 other dishes we ordered: tofu, steamed tilapia with ginger, spicy marmite chicken and kai lan vegetables. MYR 170 nett shared equally by 6 pax.
Having said that, once we tackled the Yam Pork, we had to literally crown it as the number one winner. Tender to its core pork slices and yam atop a thick gooey dark sauce, summed up our Malaysian happy day. Though slightly "bland and blunt" in tastes, but when eaten alongside birds eye chillies in soy sauce, it was akin an instant rocket awakening. The couple couldn't agree more that I as the food hero nailed it in ordering Yam Pork. Of course I was joyous as well because both pork and yam are my favorite. Yummy-tummy Yam Pork.
Fried pork meat flavoured with prawn paste was an excellent choice, good aroma, crispy on the outer surface and juicy in the inside. Good choice indeed.
♥Verdict: I can’t say this was a memorable lunch considering the food was very much a hits and misses affair. But that day’s gathering was all about the precious family bonding time.
♥Verdict: Not a restaurant that we can afford to visit regularly but food wise, you can assure that the quality and service justify the price paid.

The eatery occupies a large space, easily being able to accommodate a large group. With Ed Sheeran playing in the background and the easy – going atmosphere, it is no wonder plenty of office folks made this their go – to spot for lunch. Do expect the usual that accompanies a packed eatery – plenty of chatters and laughter.

Even though we booked for 6.30pm, still have to wait for 30 minutes for a table. I suspect the best time to visit is 6.00pm. Yam Basket and Mantis Prawn is pretty good, but the Curry Fish Head is a..
Recommended: Western Butter Fish, Twin Pork Ribs and Assam Three Kingdom
Unless you’re completely ignorant of what proper fish and chips taste like, you will regret ordering them here. If you’ve been to, say, Cor Blimey and had a decent plate of the stuff, you will know that Fish & Co prepares their version poorly. The fish in both dishes was too soft and almost mushy. The fish itself had no hint of its own flavour – all the taste was in the batter and dipping sauce.

Now comes the seafood platter! Nicely arranged prawns, a pile of mussels and a pile of calamari 'sotong', an innocent looking fillet of fish and more chips. The steal of this dish was the sotong. It was cooked perfectly. The flesh was soft enough for me to bite with my teeth and without chewing them long. As if it melted in my mouth. It also had a nice coating of marination. The mussels were alright, the fish was rather plain and the prawns, unfortunately, was missing something for me. My family, however, really enjoyed the prawns. It was fresh, no doubt- even i cannot contest, but it was just lacking the oomph i was expecting of the prawns.
Went with the basic “Best Fish & Chips in Town” and it did not disappoint. Generous portion, nicely battered, soft, flaky fish meat within and not too oily. The tartare sauce it was served with helped to cut through the grease as well. Chips were average.
Fish & Co has been offering "Buy 1 free 1" at RM$31.05 for sometime now, the actual single meal is around $25.
Kampar Chili Crab in French Bread Bowl (Seasonal price ) Inspired by the Kampar Big Chicken Bun, Seafood World have their own version which is the Chili Crab version. The huge bun served with the chili crab sauce at the sides. The Crab comes generously huge and the meat is fresh. Dipped the crispy bun into their creamy eggy based chili sauce which is addictively delicious.
Good news to Seafood lovers, the famous Oriental Group has expanded its wings into Seafoods restaurant named Seafood World.Located at Jaya 33, this restauran...
Grilled Fresh Whole Squid with Sambal RM38/portion Grilled to just right, lightly charred, not rubbery. Flavoured up with fiery hot homemade sambal. Recommended.
Set lunch of Sang Mee with Fresh Prawn. The ingredients might be fresh, but the cooking is lacking.
Sang Har Mee 1. Salted Egg Mantis Prawns (RM18) 2. Claypot Steam Fish (RM30) 3. Sang Har Mee (RM28)
I tried their “sang har mee” in a few occasions and it was pretty decent. They deep fried the noodle and topped with a decent size of freshwater prawn and the sauce. The taste is above average, you just can’t complain much with this kind of price.
Their fish head curry with ingredients which are very fresh. Super delicious and so satisfying. The price is a bit on the high side, but go try. Must try!
Fish head curry RM 42 I think this only comes in one standard size and for 2 pax (without rice), it was a rather substantial portion. They were generous with the vegetables e.g. long bean, egg plant and ladies finger. The fish itself was not just all bones; it had enough flesh to enjoy with the creamy and thick curry. Definitely not your watery mamak curry fish head variety.
