We tried one of their rum infusions. This was known as Sing, something with pineapple, red chilli and vanilla. The chilli existed as an aromatic with none of the heat. I suppose it would have been much much more interesting if there was something prickly in it.

Cumi Bali Indonesian Restaurant Restaurant

Cumi Bali is a family-friendly restaurant, designed up by real people, unpretentious and simple. Artefacts brought from trips round Indonesia decorate the interiors and the walls. There are house specials which are highly recommended. Indonesian dishes are different from the regions' malay food as malaysian food tends to be heavy-handed on a couple of spices, whilst Indonesian cuisine uses spice blends or "Bumbu" to create the different lingering tastes of each dish.
