An Viet, a popular Vietnamese food joint in Malaysia has recently introduced the Beefiest Pho (also has an outlet at Gurney Plaza)... an improvised version to their existing recipe, creating a beefier version of Pho broth. This is also in line with the brand's passion to constantly enhancing existing dishes to excite their regular patrons. The broth is cooked for hours to fully accentuate the deep, beefy flavors.
I actually love the overall taste and the sweetness of prawn and sugarcane. One stick.. two... three..10 sticks shouldn't be a problem for me haha..
Apart of Pho, Ăn Viet also serves a variety of nice Vietnamese dishes. We managed to sample Ăn Viet tasting platter, an appetizer which has Vietnamese fresh spring rolls, fried spring rolls, rice paper with green mango salad and sugar cane prawn. This is strongly recommended if you were to try all Vietnamese appetizer at one go.
Good Service!! 5 Stars!!!!
HaiDiLao Hotpot was founded many years back and has expended to become a world-well-known hot pot restaurant
The ingredients were quite straight-forward but they were all fresh; worth-mentioning one was the hand-pulled noodle that comes with a performance though the server did not really "pull" the noodles well... leaving a huge knot at the end.
Definitely a great hotpot experience, especially if you’re coming in a big bunch, the more the merrier.

For those who prefer meaty bite sans the bones, the Chicken Chop could be another option for them- Boneless slab of Chicken Chop glazed with Soy Garlic or Hot sauce, served with Fries. J-Garden is frequented by Japanese expatriates, a feat which speaks volumes about the authenticity of the yōshoku cuisine here!
Starting with some of J Garden's best sellers- the Tender Chicken Nanban is a dish not to be missed. It is definitely a dish that cannot be found else where... juicy, tender Chicken meat coated with airy batter being fried till perfection and topped with sweet-savory-sour, addictive caramelized Onion sauce. Good on its own or even better to enjoy with their creamy home-made Tartar sauce. While it is contenting to enjoy the dish alone, it is more tummy filling and palate-pleasing to make it a set (additional Rm 6)... with Japanese Rice, Miso Soup and various condiments.
J Garden serve some Japanese-fusion-Italian-Western kind of food, which i would say, J Garden mix things up themselves.
All the BBQ offerings come with different condiment that will tickle ones taste buds giving the BBQ food more flavors.
All the dessert here are properly decorated and well presented at G Hotel buffet, with this the dessert is able to give you the sweet good taste and pleasing to the eyes too.

Overall, this restaurant is dedicated to those seeking for delicious and nostalgic Nyonya food. For me, the dishes here reminded me of my granny’s cooking. This is the place that I would regularly come back for Nyonya food.
