Overall, I really loved the food and drinks served at Pusa Brasa and would really love to visit them again since we dropped by with a semi-full stomach and could only try a few signature dishes. I highly recommend it for a great night out with friends or simply if you crave good Spanish cuisine
Delightful Spanish cuisine done to the audited standards of the makers of world renown Spanish Josper Ovens in the heart of Singapore's Central Business District.
I like this Calamari Andalusian Style too. Made with fresh squid rings, each ring was springy-tender with a nice contrasting crispy coat.
Pura Brasa is a Spanish restaurant chain has been in Singapore for years. The restaurant is located at Guoco Tower (formely known as Tanjong Pagar Centre) serves a variety of Josper-grilled Spanish dishes in a friendly, modern and laidback setting.
Diners can also enjoy the weekend with 2-hour FREE flow tipples of Cava (Spanish wine), wines and beers for just S$39.90++.
Finally found a Spanish restaurant which you can enjoy quality Spanish food at family friendly prices!
I don’t mind returning if my friends ask me, but I wouldn’t actively suggest Pura Brasa for Spanish food.
By the way, the restaurant serves Estrella Damm on tap. It's the regular version and not the Inedit brew created by Ferran Adrià of El Bulli. I found the Inedit to be a much smoother drink.
The Pura Brasa Singapore menu is quite extensive, ranging from Spanish staples like Iberian ham and paella to international items like pasta and burgers.
To be sure, I had very low expectations going in, and it wasn't so good that I'd come running back either, especially at such prices. But I am curious about how their paella fares.
