The salted fish was made from beancurd, topped with chili slices and lime juice making it more sour and spicy thus more appetizing!
Overall, I had a great time in Yishensu as their vegetarian meals were refreshing especially for a meatarian like me :P. Recommended to visit!
Surprisingly, this sweet and sour meat rice tasted much better than the claypot chicken rice. The sauce was so nice and the taste was similar with what we had in normal restaurant. When you bite the vege chicken, it was so crispy as if you are eating the real meat. If you let someone trying this without telling him it was actually vegetarian food, i’m sure he will be very surprised after that. =D
In general, the foods there were very good. Pricing were slightly high due to the high cost of vegetarian ingriedents. The place was very comfortable and cozy. Service was good.
I really enjoyed this healthy and delicious Stir fried bean sprout. This real simple dish is cooked in the simplest stir-fried method with assorted mushroom, corn and carrots and capsicum.
The Dried Curry Fish (RM 22) is truly delicious. The curry was thick and creamy but not overly. Good to go with some white rice.
