Look forward to more collaborations with the world's best bartenders this year. We had the privilege of tasting the tipples by Greek bartenders Nikos Bakoulis and Vasilis Kyritsis from The Clumsies and more collaborations are in the pipeline.
we enjoyed the ambiance, the dishes that were hits and of course just being at Regent Singapore once again - certainly does not kill that Dolcetto's cakes are always so tempting, I had to save space for a slice or two for takeaway.
Restaurant Week or not, Summer Palace has my vote for quality delectable chinese fare.
5 reviews of Summer Palace "I had the first of what will no doubt be many multi-course Chinese dinners for Chinese new year, at Summer Palace. This is an excellent, value-for-money Cantonese stalwart that has been around for years. I'm not sure…
All rice dumplings will be available for dine-in and takeaway from 24 May to 14 June 2021.
Wan Hao's team has created a selection of refined masterpieces that boasts a creative, contemporary twist with a touch of class.
Braised white eel served with rich and luscious abalone taste along the light, crispy and smooth round ball fish paste skin.
Personally, I prefer Pink as it is in hues of beautiful pink. Concocted with vodka, lemon juice, rose liquor and rose syrup, it is easy to drink and slightly more lemony.
The huge piece of T-Bone ($168) features a luscious and tender 400-day grain-fed Australian wagyu, served with choice of bearnaise, black pepper jus or red wine jus.
Crossroads also offer 6 beers on tap and they also feature local craft brew-Tropical Pale Ale by Archipelago Brewery.

everyone loved it!
the food serving was quite enough and the soup base and condiments played an important part. we had a great meal.
I kinda enjoyed the clam chowder too. Not gonna wait long in line for them though.
It's too bad that they dropped the grilled cheese from the menu either way.
My lobster roll from Luke’s Lobster was definitely quite tasty, though it didn’t blow me away.
rice dumpling stuffed with pork, flavour's not bad but meat was a little dry-ish but the rice was moist and tender.
I would have given this a thumbs up if there were more bak kwa in the fried rice.
I wouldn't mind having this again.
I must say that with a price tag of $48++ for two, JUMBO Seafood’s afternoon tea gives you a bang for your buck.

Four Seasons Hotel Singapore has teamed up with Candlenut, the world’s first Michelin-starred Peranakan restaurant to launch a specially crafted Peranakan Afternoon Tea at One-Ninety Bar.
The Afternoon Tea set comes with 2 rounds of coffee or tea. Coffee lovers, you won't be disappointed with the freshly brewed coffee. Looking at the coffee being brewed in front of me really got me into the mood!

Ambience at The Lobby Lounge Shangri-La is welcoming and grand.
The Chee Cheong Fun hit the spot with its thin silky smooth skin and generous glaze of sweet black sauce. Perfectly springy and chewy, the delicate rice rolls had us going back for more.
As much as Shangri-la Hotel is not the most accessible place to go to if you are not driving, it is always a joy to go to Shangri-la Hotel Lobby Lounge for its lunch buffet as it is both affordable and feature a list of local favourites.
The Academics Cinnamon Churros (SGD $16) is a dessert set.
I'm pretty sure we'll visit this place again in the near future, especially when we want strong coffee and an overwhelmingly large serving of pancakes! Heheh (:
All in all, we enjoyed the cafe pretty much - a relatively quiet spot for hanging out or catching up in the afternoons over a cuppa. Service was also rather good, so that was a plus point.
My favourite goes to the Banoffee Tart ($14) with miso caramel, and chocolate & banana mousse encased in a cinnamon shortcrust, adorned with a dehydrated banana.
