If you are a first timer at sam kan chong (三间庄), be sure not to miss the 3JC in sauce with homemade noodle (三间庄秘制干捞) RM12.20 which is their signature dried noodle serve with minced pork, roasted sausage slices and a bowl of pork ball soup. The noodles are springy with an appetizing brownish soy sauce colour, extremely flavourful where you can occasionally savour bits of braised minced pork during the noodle slurping session. A truly satisfying moment while you chuck in a few spoonfuls of pork ball broth (just to clear the palate) in between “the chew-chew noodles session” until you finally reached the rock bottom of the bowl. As a simple economic daily meal, what else you could ask for? 😉

As I was still full from breakfast, I ordered 2 pieces of dumplings (soup) for MYR 5.40 nett which means 1 dumpling costs MYR 2.70 nett. Taste acceptable.
