Tai Buan Porridge has ceased its operation at Muntri Street last Friday after almost 60 years in business.
The shophouse they’re renting in Muntri Street is old and will go through major renovations soon, Ong is unsure when will the renovations complete.
My favourite Chai poh egg. A classic teo chew style where chai boh is slightly crispy and chewy in the middle, yet the egg is just fragrant and mild salty.
It’s all up to personal preferences, but great to try it at least once.
