Garlic potato puree is a little too creamy to us, but if you love real buttery, melt-in-the-mouth food, this could be your favourite.

Raclette Weekend Brunch @ 2OX KLFrom 25 November onwards, KLites can enjoy weekend brunch with a cheesy twist at 2OX French Bistro. Raclette cheese is extremely popular in Europe, especially in the regions where it originated, namely the Valais and Haute Savois regions of Switzerland and France. The meal usually consists of Alpine cheeses melted on the wheel and then scraped onto accompaniments such as potatoes, vegetables, bread and meat.
The Raclette Weekend Brunch is priced at RM89++ and comes with a glass of either red wine, white wine, sparkling wine or free flow soft drinks. It also includes a Dessert Trio - Gateau Le Opera, Lemon Madeleine and Macaron - for a sweet end
Two Ox RevisitedEver since my friends and I dropped in at Two Ox years ago, just as they were about to close the kitchen, and the maitre d very obligingly hailed the staff back just to serve us dessert, I've always felt I needed to return to the place and have a proper meal, and well, actually, technically I still haven't, and feel duty bound to return pretty soon. However, I was fortunate enough to be invited to join fellow bloggers Brought Up To Share at a recent review (hence, technically I haven't really been back as a customer). Located on the The Row, which is a resuscitation of the Asian Heritage Row of yore, this trendy bistro looks very inviting ... and even more inviting was this particular sign at the entrance.

Love this place is because despite the high tea price, the team doesn’t compromise on the quality. Much better than our expectation. Their Scrambled Egg with Herbs & Grilled Salmon, superb croissant and pain au Chocolat say it all.
Two-Ox French Bistro @ The Row, Jalan Doraisamy, KLMeringue lemon tart is a simple dessert to end with but it is satisfying. Crust is crisp to my liking, with the lemon cream base nice enough to hit onto my palate to give a mild numb.
