Singapore is a city known for its vibrant culinary scene, where every corner offers a new gastronomic adventure. Amidst the bustling cityscape, Embu at Mandarin Oriental Singapore has emerged as a delightful oasis dining place in town. Replacing Melt Cafe, Embu takes its name from the Tembusu tree, a local evergreen renowned for its fragrant flowers and sturdy frame. This lush garden-style space invites you to rediscover the joy of eating, making it a must-visit destination for food enthusiasts of all ages.
embu at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore is the well-loved Melt Café re-imagined as an all new all-day dining experience in lush green space
Melt Café, an all-day dining buffet restaurant at Mandarin Oriental Singapore is offering Indian Cuisine Dinner Menu from 8 April to 24 April 2022.
Our Melt Cafe buffet experience was a great one. We liked the new buffet concept (and we were given to understand that the restaurant might be making some changes to the buffet concept to make it even better).
A feast with wines and alcohols, perhaps a must would be this Roasted Australian Grass-Fed Rib Eye ($265), served with assorted roasted potatoes, sauteed vegetables, accompanied by red wine sauce.
Enjoy a slew of traditional Delhi dishes from both the Indian specialties station as well as their live stations which are set up exclusively for this festival.
Mention Melt Café and international cuisine comes to mind but this time, they have gone all indian.
Parents will also be delighted to know that they will be able to relax and enjoy their brunch and drinks while their little ones are kept entertained in the Little Fan Land.
促销期间除了道道印度美食,其他餐台照旧推出,冰上海鲜、日本寿司、西式菜肴等等精彩罗列,极尽丰盛。
While the above are my picks, I have to admit I did not manage to try all the dishes. Safe to say, it just invites you to come back for more.
