it was a great Arabic Middle Eastern food. Very tasty, flavourful and pocket friendly. The winners of the night are the Hummus, the chicken & the garlic sauce. We’ll definitely come back to try the Shawarma and the rest of the dishes. Cheers!!
Premaas was our lunch destination today, and I was fortunate to be able to taste a number of dishes, in particular that red kingfish curry in the upper right corner, as well as the potent pepper in the chicken next to it, all mopped up by a few light and fluffy appam.
I love how every component in this bowl of porridge is coming together beautifully not just in terms of flavors but textures as well.
This was something I would eat very often if I stayed nearby, if not for the wait and the heat. My favourite porridge in Singapore, together with Soon Lee at Clementi.

Again, passable milky and slightly woody and medium-bodied latte, with some acidity.
Johore Road Boon Kee Pork Porridge is located along Veerasamy Road. They specialize in Hainanese porridge and their porridge is visibly grainier and thicker than Cantonese or Teochew porridge.
