Overall was not bad except for the service. Do not expect top notch service here.
Verdict: A solid bowl of beef noodles, and I can see why people have been flocking to the place for decades. It’s hearty, it’s comforting, and it’s substantial. Most impressive were the beef balls, which were so springy you can practically use them as ping pong balls – not a trace of tendon or whatnot left. The noodles were al dente and slathered in the savoury meat sauce.
We ordered Beef Mix Noodles (牛杂肉丸) RM10.00 that serves with a bowl of rice noodles (grounded beef as toppings) and a bowl of soup with assorted beef parts in it. The beef was tender and juicy, soup or broth was clear yet very rich in taste, overall taste like having a bowl of Bakso (Indonesian Beef Noodles) instead of the Pho Bo (Vietnamese Beef Noodles) that dashes some extra leaves and limes as flavouring.

Shin Kee Beef Noodle is one of the stalls that have been operating in Pudu for very long time. Well known for its classic or traditional noodle soup base and also my ex boss favourite noodle place. If you are planing to dine here on long weekend, be prepare to queue.
My wife order the thin noodles with beef balls. Her noodles were great and the soup is simple and addictive.
The beef slices soup are highly recommend. Slices of beef were cooked to perfection, tender and strong in flavor. You can still see pinkish in most of the beef slice. The soup of this bowl compare to the mixed organs are totally different, fresh beef slices had definitely made the soup far more superior in taste and aroma.
Unlike most beef noodles outlets, you don’t get radish, or even salted vegetables in the beefy soup. Instead, only the most basic combination of chopped spring onions, and coriander as well as a dash of pepper to complement the already piping hot and flavourful broth punctuated with a robust beefy taste. Maybe you can consider adding the tripe into the ensemble, but I stick to the bouncy balls and tender slices of beef for the best experience.
